 I'm 55 and I joined Fitness Boot Camp as a challenge. It's the best workout I've ever had!
I've run regularly 4 miles, 3 days a week and more often for about 15 years. I even have two under-5-hour marathons in my history. But upper body training was not in my routine. I've signed up for my third session with Boot Camp because I don't want to lose the strength I've attained through Edgar's, David's, Jenna's, Annie's and Paulina's ever-changing workouts. They always challenge us to do our best to be our best. Positively encouraging, engagingly friendly, genuinely involved, they tweak each session so we hurt oh-so-good the next day. I'm hooked.
