I have dropped 20 pounds, shaved 3 minutes off my 1 mile run time, and greatly improved my strength! I have recently finished my 2nd six week session and thanks to Annie and the Fitness Bootcamp team of trainers I have dropped 20 pounds, shaved 3 minutes off my 1 mile run time, and greatly improved my strength. The program that fitness boot camp has setup is a great way to get in shape. Between the exercise and the nutrition classes it’s really something you can count on in learning to live a healthy active lifestyle and you will start seeing the results in just a few weeks.
